The RCM booklet compiles real case studies from NHS England, NHS Improvement, and the Civil Service, illustrating both positive and negative workplace experiences related to menopause.
Each case study is followed by reflective questions for managers to encourage understanding, awareness, and conversations about menopause.
The material is designed to reduce stigma, promote open dialogue, and encourage practical workplace adjustments.
